Availability and Date Reservation
1. Partners of ACF (or their children or grandchildren) can make reservations at least six weeks and no more than one year before the wedding date.
2. Non-partners can make reservations at least six weeks and no more than six months before the wedding date.
3. Requests are reviewed by church staff and approved based on church calendar availability.
Note: Weddings are not scheduled during holiday seasons, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Bride/Groom/Wedding Party Responsibilities
• Bride and groom are accountable for all people involved in the wedding.
• All people involved in the wedding, including vendors and their employees, acknowledge that the church is the house of God and will conduct themselves in a manner befitting a place of worship at all times.
• All people involved in the wedding agree to follow the facility usage policy during any wedding related activities held at the church.
• Any visiting minister(s) must be approved by the ACF pastors through the ACF office at least six weeks prior to the wedding date. The visiting minister(s) may be refused based on ordaining body and/or place of current service.
• The bride and groom are encouraged to work with a wedding coordinator (not supplied by ACF) who can work with the minister at the rehearsal, oversee the ceremony, and consult with the ACF office six weeks prior to the wedding date.
• Music (pre-recorded or live) is the responsibility of the bride and groom, and must be reflective of an occasion held in a place of worship.
• If the bride and groom employ an ACF minister to officiate, the couple is required to go through pre-marriage counseling with the minister.
• The facilities will be cleaned by ACF’s cleaning crew before the rehearsal and after the wedding. Any cleaning needed between the two will be the bride and groom’s responsibility.

Alliance Community Fellowship Responsibilities
• The officiating minister will oversee the wedding rehearsal.
• The rehearsal and/or the wedding can be suspended or cancelled by the officiating minister due to intoxication or disruptive behavior.
• An ACF staff member or designated facility person will open/close the building.
• Only a trained ACF audio/visual technician will operate the worship center A/V system. His/her service fees are listed in the fee schedule and will be paid through the ACF office as part of the wedding fees.
• ACF is not responsible for any personal or vendor items left anywhere on church premises.
• The facilities will be cleaned by ACF’s cleaning crew before the rehearsal and after the wedding. Any cleaning needed between the two will be the bride and groom’s responsibility.

Fees--paid as scheduled or wedding will be removed from the ACF calendar
• Submit this form for ACF to consider reserving your wedding on the church building calendar. Allow 10 business days for review and approval/denial.
• All payments must be made by cash, personal check, or cashier’s check (written to Alliance Community Fellowship, with “groom’s last name” wedding in the memo).
• $1500--building usage fee for wedding (4 hours) and rehearsal (2 hours). $150 for each additional hour reserved or used. Buildings must be restored and vacated no later than 9:00 pm.
• ACF partners and regular attenders receive a 50% discount on the building usage fee only.
• $200--deposit (toward building usage fee) required to reserve the wedding date, along with the damage deposit.
• $200--refundable damage deposit (covers damages, lost/stolen church items, extra cleaning fees) is due upon reserving the wedding date. After the wedding, the ACF staff will check the facility and determine the amount to be refunded.
• $150 A/V technician fee (required) due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
• Balance of building usage fee due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
• Fees for the minister(s) and musician(s) are handled directly from the bride and groom.

Additional Space Needed
• If space in addition to the worship center (Bldg 1) is needed for the wedding, please refer to the non-church building usage policy for a fee schedule.
• The deposits for the wedding previously mentioned will count toward any additional space rental.
• The cancellation policy applies to additional space rental.

Cancellation Policy
• If the wedding is cancelled prior to 30 days before the wedding date:
o the $200 deposit for building usage is forfeited.
o the $200 damage deposit will be refunded.
• If the wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date:
o 50% of the building usage fee (including deposit) will be forfeited.
o 50% of the building usage fee (including deposit) will be refunded.
o the $200 damage deposit will be refunded.
o the $150 A/V fee will be refunded.

Rehearsal
• The bride and groom must confirm the rehearsal start time by two weeks prior to the wedding date with every person who will participate in the rehearsal (wedding party, minister, A/V tech, coordinator, etc.)
• The rehearsal will be one hour or less in length, no exceptions, and will begin and end on time.
• The bride and groom must bring any electronic media to the rehearsal.
• The A/V tech attends the rehearsal and conducts all sound checks needed.

Facility Usage Policy
• No food/drink in the worship center.
• No alcohol or smoking anywhere on church property.
• No pets except service animals.
• No childcare is available.
• Move furniture and other items only with written permission, and replace all items after the ceremony.
• Adhere nothing to the walls.
• Only silk flower petals may be dropped inside the worship center.
• Though not unbiblical, dancing is not permitted, not even bride/groom, father/daughter, mother/son.
• For the “going away,” use only items that do not leave a mess or harm the environment/wildlife.

Vendor Policies
• All vendors must agree to abide by these policies in order to foster a meaningful, sacred ceremony and maintain the safety of the wedding party and guests.
• The bride and groom are responsible to make sure their vendors know and agree to the policies.
• On the wedding date, vendors may request access to the building up to two hours before the ceremony start time (contact the ACF office to get this time on the calendar).
• Remove all items you brought in within two hours after the end of the ceremony.
Flowers and Decorations
• The building can be open and temperature set four hours before the ceremony for deliveries and setup.
• Adhere nothing to the walls.
• Use only florist tape, painter’s tape, pipe cleaner, or ribbon (NOT cellophane tape, duct tape, blue, brads, nails, or screws) to attach decorations to church fixtures.
• Bring freestanding candelabras, unity candle stands, and plant stands (the church does not provide these items).
• Place these freestanding items on the stage without interfering with the A/V equipment.
• Do not place these freestanding items on chairs.
• Do not place anything on any musical equipment.
• Use only dripless candles.
Photographer and Videographer
• On the rehearsal date, the building will be open 30 minutes before the rehearsal start time to allow for set up.
• Complete pre-ceremony pictures/video by 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.
• As a professional courtesy, take any pictures that include the minister first after the ceremony.
Caterer
• Provide your own linens and tableware. The church does not provide these items.
• You may use church-owned tables and chairs if previously requested.
• Set up and tear down are not the church’s responsibility.
• After the rehearsal dinner or reception:
o Dispose of leftover food and drink. Do not leave any leftovers on the premises.
o Leave the kitchen and all areas as clean or cleaner than you found them.
o Remove all trash in bags to the dumpster.
o Return tables and chairs to their original locations.
